Weekly Reflection - FIFTH WEEK

This week of teaching practice was steady, enriching, and full of meaningful learning experiences. Each day gave me new opportunities to grow more confident in my role as a teacher and to strengthen my connection with the students.

I handled my regular classes and continued with the assigned portions, ensuring that every session included clear explanations, interaction, and reinforcement activities. I used charts, flashcards, questioning techniques, and small tasks to keep the lessons engaging and student-centred. The students responded positively, and their participation made the classroom atmosphere lively and supportive.

Along with teaching, I also managed substitution and discipline duties, which helped me understand different classroom environments and improve my classroom management skills. These experiences taught me how to stay calm, firm, and empathetic while handling diverse learner behaviours.
