WORKSHOP ON LIBRARY INFORMATICS



On March 21, 2025, Fathima Memorial Training College, Mylapore, organized an enlightening Workshop on Library Informatics in the college Seminar Hall. The session was expertly led by Dr. Sunny Josoph, UGC Librarian with the Higher Education Department, Government of Kerala.

The workshop provided valuable insights into emerging trends in library science, digital cataloging, and the evolving role of information management in academic institutions. MEGA CLEANLINESS DRIVE

  In celebration of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2, 2024, the NSS unit of Fathima Memorial Training College, Mylapore, Kollam, conducted a mega cleanliness drive as part of the Swachhata Hi Seva initiative. This event not only honored the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi but also aimed to promote cleanliness and hygiene in the community. The cleanliness drive commenced with an inauguration ceremony held at the premises of the Kollam Collectorate. The event was graced by the presence of the District Collector, Sri Devidas N IAS, who was honored for his exemplary leadership in promoting cleanliness and sustainable practices within the district.
